They sure have been hanging out a lot, in fact an unnamed insider spilled to J-14 magazine that Miley and Lucas were caught kissing. "She always kisses him on the cheeck, and they always huddle togeather. Ive even seen them hide behind trailers for a fool moon make out session!" Says an insider. But Mileys Rep claims those are all just false. "Their just friends, they work togeather."
